Formed in 2003, System Professional are experts in IT Managed Services and Technical Consultancy.

We specialise in delivering IT Support, Cloud Hosting, Virtualisation, Backup and DR, Storage and Microsoft technologies to organisations with 50-500 users.

System Professional’s founding aim was to deliver a high quality, consultative approach to our customer’s IT support and project delivery requirements.

Our Head Office is based in East Sussex and houses our team of Technical Architects and Senior Consultants, IT Support staff, Service Desk and Systems Engineers, along with the Sales, HR, Finance and Administrative personnel. With a second office in Shad Thames, London SE1, we have additional technical staff located across the South-East to support our geographically dispersed customer base. We have a dedicated 24-7-365 technical help-desk and network operations monitoring centre at our premises, along with full demo, testing and client meeting facilities.

System Professional has grown and developed an extended customer base over the past 12 years.

Our core values have remained the same over this time – our success and growth has only been possible by truly valuing our clients, building long-term relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their businesses and aligning the right technology solutions to address their unique problems and challenges. Our greatest satisfaction is the feedback and loyalty of customers who have worked with us over many years and the repeat business they place with us. System Professional works with a diverse range of customers, from a London based charity with 25 staff to a Global Gaming company with offices in London, America and Japan. We have achieved sustained growth since inception, remain debt-free and have ambitious growth plans for the business.
