The Techworkshops are the first part of our Delivery Framework Methodology and form the Envisioning stage of requirements definition, needs analysis and high level approach.

The customer is initially presented with a Preliminary Assessment Questionnaire, in order to gather key information about key business and IT infrastructure issues facing their company.
Using this information, we can adapt the Techworkshops, making them more relevant to the attending audience.
