Sussex Oakleaf Housing Association sign 3 year IT Managed Services contract

13 July 2011

System Professional are pleased to announce that Sussex Oakleaf Housing Association (SOHA), a leading not for profit organisation with charitable status, has signed a 3 year IT Support and Managed Services contract.

With a Head Office in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, SOHA employs over 190 staff and provides high quality accommodation-based services. This includes 4 high support residential care homes and 15 supported housing schemes across the region, along with various community based projects.

Johnathan Wates, Business Development Director at System professional explained how "We have really enjoyed working with SOHA over the past few years and are delighted they have placed the 3 year IT support contract with System Professional. We understand their financial constraints as a charitable organisation and have helped develop an ICT strategy that is both cost-effective and fit for purpose. We look forward to delivering ongoing improvements to the SOHA IT infrastructure and maintaining high levels of network and customer support to their users."

The new fixed cost and comprehensive SP Manage IT Support contract from System Professional covers the following key areas;

SP Monitor - Remote network monitoring of critical servers and IT equipment.

SP Resolve - Telephone, email and onsite IT support for 115 regular IT users across 25 sites.

SP Consult - Strategic IT consultancy and IT project resource when needed.

Jennie Harris, SOHA's Head of Finance and IT confirmed that "We are really pleased with the IT support and service delivery from System Professional. After an initial contract of a year we were more than happy to sign up for a 3 year IT support contract. We have continued to work closely with System Professional in developing a long term ICT strategy, which we are set to implement this year. This will massively improve our IT infrastructure and IT experience for our staff and service users."
