System Professional launch IT Support Services microsite System Professional have launched a new dedicated IT Managed Services microsite to highlight the range of IT support services we offer our customers.

The new website – www.sp-manage.co.uk – explains the technical services that fall under the SP Manage portfolio:

SP Monitor – We monitor our client’s mission-critical network infrastructure and applications up to 24/7/365

SP Resolve – Our dedicated IT support and service-desk log all support queries and resolve network problems remotely, over the phone and with onsite technical assistance.

SP Consult – We provide experienced technical consultants to help with strategic IT planning, storage upgrades, Backup and DR challenges, Virtualisation projects and Microsoft reviews.
