Grace Eyre supports people with learning disabilities to make the most of opportunities in their communities. The charity provides person-centered services to 200 people, employs 110 staff and is supported by over 50 volunteers. Grace Eyre works across East and West Sussex, and Brighton and Hove.

System Professional were invited to tender for the 3 year IT support contract, which included the provision of remote and on-site support to 40 regular IT users. Grace Eyre were also looking for a supplier to provide strategic IT advice and consultancy, along with business continuity and emergency planning services.

Eva Jarvis, Director of Grace Eyre, confirmed System Professional had been awarded the contract following a detailed tender response. “I was impressed by the knowledge and track record of the System Professional team. They provided a flexible IT support arrangement that really answered our unique needs as a charity.”
