Tarquin will head up System Professional's technical operations team and be responsible for developing the strategic solution offerings and support options. He has over 20 years experience in IT, covering technical consulting, managed services, help-desk and support management, through to a recent pan-European network support outsourcing project for a leading UK systems integrator.

Early in his career, Tarquin implemented a number of large networks for clients such as Colonial Mutual Insurance, House of Fraser and large local government and health organisations. In 1998 he managed the UK’s largest MS Exchange implementation at The Performing Rights Society, which was shortly followed by the implementation of Ovum Holway's (Consultancy Group) Global messaging system, linking their London, Boston & Melbourne operations.

After 2000 and the challenges of Y2K integration issues, his focus moved completely into IT service provision via comprehensive managed service offerings. Tarquin was responsible for providing project management services and won a significant order with Tesco to implement a UK-wide e-learning system, chip & pin deployment and network configuration/maintenance contract. This was followed by the delivery of a McDonald's restaurant IT refresh programme and Free Wi-Fi installation.
