The Keysource management team were unhappy with their existing IT support arrangements and chose System Professional as their new IT support provider. They previously received an inconsistent level of service, suffered a number of adverse issues with system availability and were relying on an ageing IT infrastructure. They also found it difficult to budget for IT operations, since ad-hoc support issues and project work were being charged as a supplement to the main IT support contract.
